This message is frustrating and straightforward to fix. If you have this error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” do not panic.
It does happen all the time. The main reason for this error is some plugins. To fix this, we need to deactivate all the plugins because we don’t know which plugin making this error.
Because of this error, we can not access the WordPress dashboard, and not possible to deactivate the plugin. But no worries, there is a way to deactivate the plugin by changing the plugins directory name.
So you need to access the WordPress directory and look for the plugins folder. And change the plugin name to any name.
You can find the plugins folder inside the content folder. after changing the name, refresh the error page and the error will be gone.
Now, name the plugins folder to the original name ‘plugins’
On the dashboard, you will see all the plugins got deactivated. And from there, you can activate all the necessary plugins you want.
