Dr. Jhansi Bharathi Madavarapu is an award-winning Technical Solution Architect. She has over 11 years of experience working across different sectors, particularly in EDI and Cybersecurity. Her vast expertise has been critical in shaping the future of technology, which is renowned.
Jhansi had a solid educational background before embarking on her IT career. She completed her Bachelor’s in Computer Science from JNTU in 2011, laying the groundwork for her subsequent successes. Jhansi preferred software development and had an early interest in EDI during her academic endeavors, indicating her future skills. Equipped with newfound expertise and an insatiable curiosity for technology, she started working as an associate Junior software engineer at DeitY in India.
Later, she finished her Master’s in Computer Science from the USA in 2014, setting the stage for her future accomplishments. In 2015, Jhansi accepted the challenge of a lifetime when she joined TransCanada as a Lead Solution Architect.
TransCanada, the biggest pipeline operator for oil and gas in the US and Canada, gave Jhansi the crucial task of protecting user and client data. She works closely with developers, leaders, client partners, and stakeholders. They collaborate to create and execute strong security and data privacy. During her beginning days at TransCanada, Jhansi was exposed to the intricate software development and testing world using the versatile Cybersecurity. Her dedication to protecting confidential data fits TransCanada’s goal of upholding the highest standards for data security. She has led a significant project with cybersecurity measures for the entire Organization targeted at FERC 809, In addition to other projects like AWS cloud migration. Her tenure spanned an impressive short period, during which she became instrumental in developing and supporting the Organization’s middleware applications.
In 2019, Jhansi embarked on a new chapter in her illustrious career and joined a PhD in Information Technology specializing in Cybersecurity completed in 2023. In her new role, her focus pivoted firmly towards data privacy and governance.
